From Rt 16 South. At I-95 in Portsmouth, highway splits in a Y. Stay left toward 95 North & Rt. 1. At Portsmouth Traffic Circle: Off at Rt. 1 NORTH Bypass/Woodbury Ave. Exit. STAY TO FAR RIGHT & IMMEDIATELY EXIT at Woodbury Ave Exit (Bickfords Restaurant is on your right) (Rt. 1 N. Bypass will take you into Maine. Do not enter bypass. If you enter Maine return to the traffic circle.) Follow exit to the stop at top of ramp. Right onto Woodbury Ave. Follow around bend to stop sign. Right at stop onto Bartlett St. Follow to traffic light at CVS. Left onto Islington St. Next right onto Albany St. At stop continue thru on Albany Street. Malt House exchange at 95 Brewery Lane is on the right.

We are located 2 blocks off of Islington Street in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We are beside the Portsmouth School of Ballet and Portsmouth Athletic Club. Our address is Brewery Lane, but continue on Albany Street until Malt House Exchange is on your right. Albany Street is across from Tiny Tot Land on Islington St.

From I-95: Take exit 3 (exit 3B from 95 South.) Go right at the light off the exit onto Rt. 33 toward Portsmouth. When cemetery is on the right, bear left at the Y in road onto Islington St. Straight through the light at CVS. Next right onto Albany St. At stop continue thru on Albany Street. Malt House exchange at 95 Brewery Lane is on the right.
