camp policies

We understand that plans may change or emergencies, injuries or sickness may occur. Our desire is to serve you well with a generous policy, however our policies are without exceptions please. Thank you.

Camp Policies: Campers must be at least 3 years old and potty trained. Campers must wear socks and bring a tree
nut free snack & water. Ongoing Enrollment - 50% of total tuition is required at time of enrollment. Less a credit card
fee, deposit is refundable within 3 days of initial enrollment. After 3 days past deposit, see camp refund policy. Full
payment for all camps is due at the start of your first day of camp. No Exceptions Please.

Camp Refund Policy: With at least 2 weeks written notice, it is Rumble Tumble policy to refund your required paid
deposit in the form of gym credit valid one year from date of issue. Any additional unused payments will be returned to
you in your original form of payment, less $5 credit card fee if applicable. Without 2 weeks written notice, Rumble
Tumble will refund 50% of any unused camp payments in the form of gym credit, valid one year from date of issue.
50% of camp payments will be forfeited. Absence without prior written notice receives no refund or gym credit. No
Exceptions Please.

Single camp days are not available to reserve until after June 14, 2010 and is charged at the rate of $30 per single
drop-in day.
