Program Policy      Complete Party Policies

All credit card refunds granted are charged a processing fee.  There is a $5 fee on refunds up to $150.  Refunds over $150 are charged a $10 processing fee.  Rumble Tumble is charged an initial credit card transaction fee, and charged a second fee to return the transaction.  See our class and party refund policy for full details - our policies are without exception.  Thank you.

MISSED CLASS & PARTY Reschedule / Cancellation POLICIES:

Class Make-Up Policy:

Your child may make up a maximum of 2 missed classes in an equal or lesser valued class or open gym within the same session.   Those continuing enrollment may make up two classes into the next session.  Absence on the last day of class is forfeited without continued enrollment.  It is member responsibility to obtain make-up passes from your coach during your scheduled class time.  Make-up passes will not be issued outside of your class time.  A make-up pass must be submitted for admission to your make-up class or open gym session.  Lost passes will not be replaced.   See our weather policy above.

Attire:  Participants must wear socks.  Soft knit or nylon pants and a t-shirt are preferred attire for tumbling, climbing and sliding.  Even during warm months, we suggest light long pants for coving up in the play zone.  Sports kids and campers should bring clean sneakers for locomotor skills in the ball court.

Program Cancellation:  Each class needs a minimum of 3 children enrolled for the program to run.  You may add 35% to the cost of tuition for a private class or 25% per student for a semi-private class.  Other classes may be scheduled inside the gym during a private lesson.

Child Participation Expectations:  Children are expected to participate and stay with his/her class and follow the direction of the coach.  Coaches will ask a disruptive child to sit and observe the class until he/she is ready to participate and follow the direction of the coach.  If a child complies, a coach will keep it positive and not draw attention to the issue.  If a child is unwilling to comply, is unwilling to participate and/or is potentially harmful to self or others, a parent must return to Rumble Tumble immediately to address the needs of the child.  A parent or caretaker must stay on site until child, parent and coach agree the child is able to participate and stay with his/her class and follow the direction of the coach.  Rumble Tumble reserves the right to terminate enrollment when it is believed to jeopardize the well being of other children or the goals and expectations of our gym.

Daily Drop-Ins & Visitor Guests:  Rumble Tumble will accommodate occasional daily drop-ins of its currently registered members at the current class rate.  Those who have not paid the lifetime member fee must pay the participant class rate.   Siblings or friends who are not in a class MAY NOT play or tumble during our instruction time.  Those waiting in the gym must wait in the lounge chairs or may color in the party room as it is available with parental supervision only.  All children under age 3 must have a parent on site.

Program Changes:  Rumble Tumble reserves the right to make any needed program changes with two weeks written notice posted inside Rumble Tumble.

Waiver must be signed for participation.

Withdraw From Class:  We understand that schedules change and not every program is right for every child.  However, Without Exception Our Policy Is As Follows: Member Registration Fee in Non Refundable at ANY time.  After start of 2nd class, 2 weeks notice is required when withdrawing from a class and tuition is due for those weeks.  Remaining tuition is refundable only in the form of gym credit to be used within one year of withdraw.

Rumble Tumble does not discriminate on the basis or race, religion, or disability.  Children must be able to perform the documented requirements before advancing to a higher level class.
